Lying right in the heart of LightningClan's forest is their camp. Surrounded by bracken and brambles woven around sticks with thorn bushes laced among them, this forms their barrier. The leader's den is like the rest, woven together around sturdy sticks using bracken as well as brambles. The warriors' den is made up of the same material as the leader's den, but is twice as large. It was built only a few tail-lengths away from the nursery. The nursery is built the same way as the rest of the dens, except that thorns have been weaved around the entrance. The apprentices' den was built a few tail-lengths away from the warriors' den. The medicine den is a bit different then the rest. The barrier strays back a little bit when you near the very back. It circles a clearing that is sheltered from the rain by a canopy of overhanging trees but still lets in light. A bramble den stretches the length of the barrier at the very back of the clearing; patients are held here. A small cave to the left side holds all the medicine cat's herbs, which the medicine cat places in small nooks and crannies in the cave wall. The medicine cat sleeps in the corner of the patients' den. The elders den is a hollowed out tree trunk, nothing special. The symbol that gave the Clan their name - this also acts as the place for Clan meetings - is the trunk of a tree. It's split down the middle and charred, from when a bolt of lightning struck it, slicing the top off it as well as splitting it in half.
